How it works

Individuals, couples, families and companies purchase a hotel room in one of our Owner Hotels on a 999 year leasehold basis. You can sell it to anyone, at any time for whatever price you choose, you can pass it on to your children in your Will and you can use your hotel room for up to 52 nights per year free of charge, (subject to paying an annual ground rent / service charge). Your friends, family, business associates and colleagues can also use your 52 night allocation free of charge. If you are not using your hotel room then the hotel management company can rent out your room to paying guests, and you receive exactly half of the net nightly room rate with no deductions whatsoever.

Once you have purchased your hotel room and paid your annual ground rent / service charge you do not have to do anything else to receive the rental income, as the hotel management company do everything for you. They do all the advertising to attract the paying guests, they contact local and national companies to offer your room out, they make sure the booking companies offer your room, they organise the receiving of money from the guests and they pay you exactly 50% of the net room rate directly in to your bank account.

All other costs such as cleaning, washing towels and linens, maintenance, staff costs, reservations, advertising, electric, water, gas, rates, insurance and telephones are paid by the hotel management company out of their 50% of the net room rate.

So as you can see you literally make money while you sleep.

All hotel rooms of the same type, (i.e. all single rooms), receive exactly the same revenue as everyone else of that type, so no hotel room owner receives more than you.

Because the hotel management company receives exactly the same amount of net revenue as you from renting out your room, they make sure that your room is rented out to paying guests as often as possible and for the highest rate possible, which is your assurance that you receive as much money as possible from your investment.
